Originating from New Jersey, Dan has been a real estate professional since 2008. Dan is the Founder of AltRock Capital (formerly Schoen Capital), an investment firm specializing in commercial real estate and other alternative assets. Since 2016, AltRock Capital has participated as a Co-General Partner in more than 1,500 multi-family units totaling over $190MM in value, as well as a few other business start up ventures.

Dan is also a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson and investor himself.
Having a background in financial services and commercial/residential real estate, a strategic approach is taken to analyze lucrative opportunities for investors to obtain above average returns, cash flow, and tax benefits.
