The SORA team has extensive experience in construction and real estate development. Their experience within this field has lead SORA to specialize in downtown redevelopment, college campus development, and hospitality projects. Past projects include student housing complexes, university executive training centers, office park redevelopment, and more.

The SORA team previously worked as the Master Redeveloper of Downtown Glassboro at Rowan University, a project which included student housing, hotel development, and mixed-used development. Through the experience and relationships of its Principal and team, SORA has the capacity to pursue projects of all sizes, anywhere in the world.
